Florida Pines Realty is a family owned company that has been doing business in Central Florida since 1999. After ten successful years of real estate sales, we expanded our services to include a property management division in 2009. Born in Winter Park and raised in St. Cloud, Steven has a vast knowledge of Osceola county and Central Florida. Unlike most other agents, he began his real estate career early in his working life. He started out in construction and property maintenance, then moved into property management and sales when he received his real estate license in 2005. Steven’s approach is to be a consultant for you rather than a high-pressure salesman. As the founder and former owner of Florida Pines Realty, Coach proudly served this community for over 25 years as a Realtor before retiring in 2018. He built a business based on trust, integrity, quality service and long-term relationships. Prior to retiring he entrusted this business to Steven Durrance, who he mentored on the many aspects of the real estate industry and personal relationships before turning the reins over to him in 2011. Steven has continued in Coach’s footsteps providing great customer service to his clients through hard work and personal attention.
